Cold

Cold immersion becomes a powerful teacher. With safe guidance and the right breathing techniques, it helps build resilience, improves focus, and reconnect you with your capacity for calm strength.

A different approach to wellbeing

The Vitae Vi Methodology is a human-centred approach to restoring balance and building resilient wellbeing. Rather than following a fixed system, we adapt each session to the person in front of us. Some people need calm and grounding. Others need challenge and activation. Many need a blend. By combining breathwork, nervous system awareness, mindset practices, and optional cold exposure, we create a supportive environment where meaningful change can happen.

We don't push extremes.

We help you understand your body and give it what it needs. Every sessions is guided, safe and adapted to you.

Meet Dan & Karyn

Vitae Vi was created from two lived journeys of challenge, recovery, and transformation. Dan's path into breathwork and cold immersion began during his recovery from serious illness and long COVID. What began as personal curvival evolved into a powerful calling to help other reconnect with their inner strength.

 

Karyn's work is rooted in embodiment, integration, and compassionate care. Through reflexology withtheir bodies and regulating their nervous systems. Together, they bring decades of experience supporting individuals, organisations, and communities to build calm, sustainable resilience.
