I took part in a breath work session with Dan last night. I didn't quite know what to expect, but I am totally converted and this will now be something I do in my daily life.
The environment Dan had set up was cozy and inviting. He talked and guided us through the whole session, and it felt so calming. He has so much knowledge it was fascinating. The breath work itself made real physical sensations run through my body, and as a person that usually finds it so hard to let go and relax, I can honestly say I've never felt so relaxed.
