What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a therapeutic treatment that uses targeted pressure points on the feet to support different systems in the body.
It works by helping the nervous system settle, allowing your body to shift out of stress and into a more relaxed, balanced state.
At Vitae Vi, reflexology is not treated as a standalone treatment. It sits within a wider approach to wellbeing, supporting the body in slowing down, restoring balance, and creating the conditions for recovery.
There’s nothing you need to do or figure out. Your role is simply to rest and allow the body to respond.

This is for you if
Your body feels out of balance, or in need of a shift. Reflexology offers a different way to reset.
-
Your body feels tense or overwhelmed
-
Your struggle to fully relax
-
You struggle to sleep or rescovery isn't where you want it to be
-
You feel constantly "on" or mentally busy
This is a space where you don’t have to do anything, achieve anything, or work anything out.
What happens in a session?
Sessions are calm, quiet, and deeply restorative.
You’ll lie back comfortably while gentle pressure techniques are applied to the feet.
There’s no pressure, no expectation, and nothing you need to get right.
The focus is on helping your body shift into a more relaxed state, where recovery and balance can begin.
Everything is guided in a way that feels supportive, steady, and unhurried.

Reflexology with breathwork
For a deeper experience, we combine reflexology with guided breathing. This supports the nervous system more directly, helping to release tension and bring the body into a more balanced state.
As the body begins to relax through touch, the breath helps deepen that state, allowing tension to release more fully.
This combination allows both physical and mental stress to settle together.
What you can expect
After a session, most people notice a sense of calm and ease that can carry on beyond the treatment itself.
-
deep physical and mental relaxation
-
a calmer, more settled nervous system
-
improved sleep and recovery
-
a greater sense of balance in the body
These shifts can feel subtle at first, but over time they help your body move out of constant stress and into a more natural state of balance.

Why this matters
When your body is out of balance, it becomes harder to rest, recover and feel like yourself.
Reflexology offers a way to pause, slow things down and support your body in returning to its natural rhythm.
It’s not about fixing anything.
It’s about creating the space your body needs to reset.
