FIRST CLASS FREE* using code BWCLASSFREEGW Experience the power of the breath with our fortnightly classes in Sussex & Hampshire. Breathwork uses techniques to enhance your mental health and physical state. Suitable for everyone, our sessions provide a safe, supportive environment where you'll start with simple techniques, move onto guided breathwork, and end with deep relaxation. With regular classes in Chichester, Midhurst, Southsea and Bosham, our bookable sessions are easy to join. You will need to complete a simple Health Declaration before your class. *Your first class with Vitae Vi (Breathwork Class only) will be free. This offer is available at all locations; however, your first class is only free at once venue. You will not be able to claim a free class at each venue. Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, you agree to participate at your own risk and release Vitae Vi and its instructors from any liability. Our full health and safety policy is available at www.vitaevi.co.uk. A simple Health Declaration is required prior to your first session. Payment must be made on booking. You will receive a booking confirmation by email shortly after payment is made. We regret that cancellation by you within 24-hours will not be refunded and your payment will be retained however, if you give more than 24-hours notice we reserve the right to transfer your place to another class (subject to availability). Should we cancel a class, we will give you the option to move your place to another class or offer a full refund.
