Suitable for everyone, our sessions provide a safe, supportive environment where you'll start with simple techniques, move on to guided breathwork, and end with deep relaxation. With regular classes in Chichester, Midhurst, Petersfield, and Bosham, our turn-up-and-pay sessions are easy to join. *Your first class with Vitae Vi's weekly breathwork sessions will be free. This offer is available at all locations; however, your first class is only free at one venue. You will not be able to claim a free first class at each venue. Cancellation Policy

For workshop bookings, a full refund can be issued up to 14 days prior to a workshop. Within 14 days of a workshop, no refunds are offered, but we may offer to reschedule to the next available workshop if possible. We will, of course, discuss this with you. We appreciate that life sometimes interferes with plans; all we ask is that you communicate with us, and we will do our best to reschedule any booking made within a reasonable time period, usually 3 months. If you decide to purchase any personalised product from this site, such as a 1-to-1 product, you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about the purchase, you are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following the purchase. If your product starts within that 14-day period and you decide to cancel, you will not be fully refunded, but the amount of any time used or value received will be deducted from your refund. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Corporate client cancellations for products will be subject to cancellation charges of 25% of the agreed fees for 3 weeks' cancellation notice in advance of the agreed supply date, 50% of the agreed fees for 2 weeks' cancellation notice in advance of the agreed supply date, and 75% of the agreed fees for 1 week's cancellation notice in advance of the agreed supply date. If you have any questions about your purchase, we will be happy to assist. Breathwork Classes: Upon booking, you agree to participate at your own risk and release Vitae Vi and its instructors from any liability. Our full health and safety policy is available at www.vitaevi.co.uk. A simple Health Declaration is required prior to your first session. Must be made on booking. You will receive a booking confirmation by email shortly after payment is made. We regret that cancellation by you within 24-hours will not be refunded and your payment will be retained however, if you give more than 24-hours notice we reserve the right to transfer your place to another class (subject to availability). Should we cancel a class, we will give you the option to move your place to another class or offer a full refund.
